The complexity of utility registration and verification of IT services during operation leads repeatedly to the management demanding for statements concerning the value proposition of current IT services (Business Value of IT), which can not be fulfilled in practice.
Within multi annual research work at the Technische Universität Berlin, methods and tools were developed, which support or rather enable the communication of the IT value proposition between IT and special fields in the first place. This method measures and calculates a set of maximum four relevant key figures per IT service, which is comprehensible for both sides.
The solution is already used by the Federal Environmental Agency (Umweltbundesamt) and Axel Springer SE and is applied to different business services.
Use our tools to visualize the benefits of IT services, delivering compact reporting, which is comprehensible for the management, and therefore the possibility to display the IT provider's value proposition.
